(Update: January 29 2016)
I just recently downloaded all the Dollar Digest 70 free issues you gave away in the store. In order to make space for the new free issues you have this week, I decided to delete them all. To my surprise, none of them were saved in the cloud, and now I have to purchase each one of them again. In all honesty, I feel extremely disappointed right now.
I am trying to like your app, but I simply cant. I have experienced so many issues with your service that at this point, I am ready to give it up all together. First, I lost most of my purchase history when the app was revamped twice in the past 2 years. That was money wasted. On the last failed update (the addition of the new app), I complained to you and I was given a 3 month access of unlimited service as a consolation price. To be honest, I felt ripped off because all I cared about was the recovery of my rightfully purchase material. Your approach was only a quick fix that did not address the real problems.
When you gave away all the Dollar Digest issues for free a few weeks back, I thought to myself that you were trying to redeem yourselves of all the negative feedback. I was hopeful for a moment, but yet again, my high expectations came crashing down. Without the ability of saving stuff in the cloud there is no point in giving anything for free, because truthfully it is not. If I have to repurchase what I already owned, then there is no point in calling it a gift. It is just a misleading and cheap tactic to keep customers in. Nothing more and nothing less.
As a long time fan of Archie Comics and as a consumer, I have a word of advise for you. Fix your problems. Give customers what they want and provide the best service possible. In this time and age of virtual integration, It is unacceptable to see an app and a cloud service that are incapable to do basic tasks. My hard earned money will continue to support companies that do not let me down or feeling cheated. Sadly, yours is not making the cut for the time being.

I am terrible disappointed with this new app. Many of my old comics simply disappeared with the update and there is no way to access my previous purchase history. Also the interface does a poor job in showcasing all the available series and titles. Browsing through the store becomes a nuisance due to the lack of a proper searching option.
This is the second time the app has received a major overhaul in the past few years. Each time, the experience has been very unpleasant. At this point, I am not interested in putting more money into this app until all the issues are addressed properly. I rather spend my hard earned cash in other places like the Comixology app, where I know that all my comics and purchase history are well preserved in the cloud and I can access them anytime anywhere. The cosmetic changes made on this new app are not enough to justify its poor implementation and lackluster service.
